A guest speaker told this in his sermon last night at my church:
An Atheist was sitting in the balcony of a church service during a revival meeting. As the preacher was preaching the Gospel, the man took out a sheet of paper and wrote in very plain writing, "FOOL." He handed the note to an usher instructing him to give it to the preacher. This was done, and the preacher paused, unfolded the note and read it quietly.
Then the preacher folded the note and explained to the congregation:
"I have had many people write me a letter and forget to sign it. This is a first for me, someone has sent me a letter and signed it but forgot to write the letter."
