Hi,
Old Goat is a nickname given to me by a friend, Mark, while hunting in the wilds of South Carolina. I was good at jumping ditches...go figure. The name, Old Goat, has been transferred to a Ruger SP 101 in my (now thinned) collection of firearms. So far I have replaced the factory stocks with a Hogue mono grip and added a set of Wolf reduced power springs. There is some additional smithing work in this guns future but for now my focus is on a proper concealed carry holster (I'll have my Ohio CCW in a few weeks). I'm open to all suggestions but I do like the idea of having some sort of "retention" feature. I'm a right handed male, 6 foot, 290 lbs and physically limited by COPD and arthritis. Any ideas, folks?
