Actually it didn't dawn on me until about halfway through the act. Then I started to think...has he ever moved that arm?

The already lit cigarette, and blowing smoke from the fly was quite a fete!

That was a classic act! I don't know how many times I've seen it over the years, and it's always great to see it again. Steve Martin really shined as a comedian when he ad-libbed, especially as a fill in for Carson. He was extremely quick witted.

gramps, they had those fake cigarettes when I was a boy. You blow out of them and white powder would come out of the "lit" end looking like smoke. That's what he used as the cigarette and out of his flydini :mrgreen:

That was inspired. Never saw it before. Steve Martin is one of my favorites. Not a bad banjo player either.
