I was wondering if anyone knows what a copy of The Custom Revolver by Hamilton Bowen is going for lately.

$531.93 for a book? Isn't that a bit 'pricey'?
A bookstore in Homer Alaska just bought an estate library and it has at least one copy of The Custom Revolver he would sell for $200 he said. I've paid form $200 to $500 for all the copies I've bought for my kids.
Holy Guacamole, and I felt extravagant spending $40.00 on mine when they came out. The article that stuck with me was about the custom .25 acp revolver-Dave

I have multiple copies to sell for that price.....some of the ones Hamilton found when he was cleaning up his shop. Never opened....

I paid $180 for mine about 2 years ago i believe it was.

Imagine spending $$$ on a custom gun, then seeing a $100 feature that you wish you would have incorporated into your build...
I’ve got a copy of the book, and it’s definitely beautiful. I bought it back before the prices went through the roof. I’m not really “into” custom/fancy/expensive guns, but sometimes it’s fun to daydream...

A fairly common (and unfixable) problem with the loading gate and some sloppy fitting on the grip frame, etc. Nothing that I can do about these things, however.
