I have a Mini 14 582 Tactical with the ATI Tactical Folding Stock. I took it out to the range for the first time and fired half a mag through it when screws for the picatinny rails started falling out and got lost in the grass.
I took the Mini home and, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving I called ATI and talked to a rep about my issue with their Tactical Stock. He apologized and told me to make sure all of the other screws were tight. The ATI Rep asked me for my address and told me he would send out a screw kit for my stock.
That Friday after Thanksgiving I left for a deer hunting trip with two of my sons. When I got back home on the following Wednesday my wife handed me a package from ATI. She said it arrived on Monday.
I want to Thank ATI for Their Great Customer Service!!
Here are some pictures of my 582 Series Mini 14 when I purchased it from an Estate sale. It was NIB, never fired. I also picked up 2 other collectable weapons from the Estate that were NIB.
