This is only a test. BE HONEST (if you can). Look only at the first picture. Decide what you see. There are two things in that picture. Did you decide what you saw?

Did you see a "young lady" or an "old lady"? Now look at the next two pictures to see the difference.

Since Mrs. Betty passed away recently, which one should I be looking for? Let me know before I make a mistake. Thank you in advance and I hope you enjoyed this test. Steve

Steve, again my condolence.

My bride Deanne and I were married in the Chapel at Fort Douglas, Utah on Sunday, August 18, 1974. She is most memorable as my bride on that day. I see her again six years later in San Diego, and again when our daughter Megan was born in 1984, and again, washing her car in 1992, and again in 1999 on our 25th anniversary; we were riding on a train, and again when we were traveling in 2007 - 2008, and the last photo of us together in the summer 2009, when she was under treatment before we lost her the following October.

I say my friend, there is a composite, but again there are the individual events mentioned, and all of the times in between those events. And most of all the bride you remember.

I can see her and remember her the day we met. Just before noon, Tuesday, June 20, 1972; long wavy dark brown hair, very dark brown eyes, and wearing that big floppy yellow sun hat. The nicest girl/woman I have ever known.

Steve, I don't believe you need help trying to figure out who to remember; just maybe a reminder that she is/was who she is/was at each moment of your life together.

I pray this was not too presumptious, or condescending. It certainly wasn't intended to be.

I do have a couple of favorite photographs; one I took in about 1981, the other was one taken on the train at about our 25th anniversary. Those two are displayed in our house. There is also one taken of her about two weeks before we were married.

And yes, I see the two images in the first drawing. There is your composite.
