Good morning all,
Were the bicentennial Single Sixes shipped with a .22WMR cylinder …? I found a slightly beat up, scratched one at a decent price … but it only comes with the .22LR cylinder.

Yes, I believe they all did during bicentennial run. Previous to that the single LR cylinder only ones had a star stamped on the bottom of the frame just in front of the grip frame. Made it easy to identify it was shipped as a single cylinder.
Heck, go biy it anyhow!!!!

I have one of these, complete and in excellent shape from 1998 … BUT, it doesn't have the bicentennial inscription on the barrel of course. I'll check it out again today.

Well, I already have a half dozen Single Sixes and couldn't see buying one that was scratched up with beat up grips and missing the magnum cylinder just to have one with the bicentennial engraving on the barrel … and I really don't need another project gun right now, so I didn't buy it. My neighbor did, though, for $325. The action is tight and the bore looked good. I'll get some pictures when he gets back from vacation in two weeks.

Mine does but it is a blued version.
Mine as well. First new handgun I purchased in 1976. Still top of my list for favorites for all the right reasons:
