Local store selling 7 inch fixed sighted old Army like new in plastic box for 550. Do I buy or bargain? Maybe both? Is 550 current market value?

Yep, and double-check that the nipples are not seized.

I bought a very rough Pietta "1851 Navy" that had a seized nipple. Lots of Kroil, a center punch, and one destroyed nipple later- it's ready to go!
