SR22

My wife loves hers...I like it also...What I dislike is the trigger...Is there anything I can do to make it lighter and smoother...I don`t have to have a 1.5 lb. target but accuracy is suffering with this trigger...a smooth 3 lb. would be great...Jim

You may have missed my point...I "not" looking for a 1 1/2 lb. trigger...I`m looking for about 3 lb. trigger thats a little smoother...I know the SR22 isn`t a target gun...I have target guns....a S&W Model 41 with a 2 lb trigger and some 10 22`s with reworked triggers that are very good...these are target guns....

I just trying to find out if the SR22 trigger can be improved or not...Jim

Wow I`m on a Rugar forum and nobody knows one way or another if you can improve a SR22 trigger......I guess this is not the place to be.............

Just tried mine today. Nice gun, trigger seemed fine to me. But then again I don't really know much about them. Can't wait to shoot it again.
