SR22 shooting left

I just picked up an SR22 last week to compliment my SR9. After putting 100 rounds through it I noticed that it is consistantly shooting left. My brother-in-law, who is a much better shot than I am, had the same results with it. After going back to my SR9, everything was dead center. Is there a sight adjustment to compensate for this, or is a mechanics thing that I need to get used to, it being a smaller gun?

Thanks everyone for listening, and be kind, I'm new here!

Nevermind, I answered my own question. It helps if you read the manual more closely. The first time I read it, I thought there was only an elevation adjustment. After re-reading it I see that I missed there is a windage adjustment as well. I'll give that a try and see how it goes.

It looks like you have hit the solution. After adjusting the sights you find that you are not having the results you wish, you might try using different stocks. Many years ago I found that putting custom, hand fitting, stocks on all of my revolvers made a huge benefit in accuracy, especially in stress shooting without using sights.

The SR22 is a plastic semi-auto Will. Custom stocks will be kinda hard to fit.

Mine was also shooting left straight out of the box. Now, aftdr minor adjustment it shoots beautiful

I suspect there may be some confusion there between the SR22 Pistol and SR22 Rifle.

also note that in the manual the description of the windage adjustment in the test does not agree with the illustration - if memory serves it is the text that is correct and the image is backwards.

Mine shot low and left. I thought it might be me, since low left is a common symptom of bad trigger technique, so I bench rested it. It wasn't me. I made some adjustments and brought it closer. It still wasn't quite where I wanted, but I was out of range time.
