This is a very nice Weaver V7-B USA rifle scope. It is a 2.5-7 power scope with DUPLEX recticle. Glass is super clear. Tube shows very minor usage/handling marks. NO RUST. Deep, dark bluing. Some small mark on objective bell. Overall a VERY nice scope...$85 tyd paypal gift or USPS money order
