A guy dropped off some Rugers for me to sell on GunBroker. I asked if it would be OK to try this one on the forum, and he said OK. But if unsold by Sunday 12/04/22, I will go ahead and list it for auction.

Early full size SR1911 .45 ACP in the 670 prefix, fired case is dated 03/13/2013. He bought it new and only ran one mag through it, so it has only been fired 8 rounds per him. It has both mags and the one without the bumper was installed when I opened the box, so I assume that was the mag he used. Has box, papers, both mags, gun rug, bushing wrench,

SPF $775 shipped FFL to FFL

The other guns he dropped off are a 12 gauge Red Label with only IC/Mod chokes and no choke wrench or box, and a red pad #1 in 45-70 with Redfield 1 3/4-5X widefield scope also without box or papers, but I don't have any pics on those yet and told him I would list one of them next weekend and the other the week after.

First batch of 1911 pics (more to follow, I took 19 total and the post limit is 10):

I'm presuming this pistol was sold and is no longer available... it sure is sweet.
Yes, it was sold right away on Dec 2 and I marked it SPF, and that buyer mailed his payment on Dec 3 but I never received it. He is a repeat buyer that I trust, and he sent a personal check that he can stop payment on. We discussed the options and when payment still had not arrived after 15+ days, he decided to just pass on the gun rather than send another payment. So I then offered it to the backup buyer who posted Dec 3, and he is buying it.

Ohio! Way too freakin' close to the city!
I finally took the SR1911 to the range this morning! Shot 100 rounds of brass and aluminum 45ACP with no issues except it shoots consistent left! I also took my P345 and my Springfield Armory XDs In 45ACP! The odd thing is, all three shot consistently left! Apparently the owner's eyes are consistently left! 😂

Well, the SR1911 works as it should and functioned well! Thanks for selling it to me! I need to get more range time in to get the groupings (on all the 45's) a little more to the right!
