Up for sale is a very plum Super Blackhawk S410N. 44 magnum, 10.5" barrel. This is one of the 1/500 IHMSA guns. It is #250 of the 500 as can be seen on the butt of the grip frame. Shipped 1980. Serial no. 83-80250. No box, no papers; just the gun.

This gun is unfired, but has a faint turn line from being cocked. There are a couple of minor scratches on the front of the grip frame and a few minor nicks by the front sight. Both areas are visible in the pics. It came that way to me, but I assume they are from handling the past 31 years. Otherwise, it is like new.

Check out the beautiful plum color. Don't see too many NMs with this much color. Both the cylinder frame AND grip frame are plum. Contrasts nicely with the blue/black cylinder, barrel and frame pins. Awesome!

Gun will be $400+$25 shipping to your FFL who must accept it from me, a non-FFL. You must make sure it's legal for you to own in your area. USPS money order only please. No trades please. Thanks for looking.

I had one of these 1 of 500s. Mine was #117. I shot it.... a lot....and it was great. Sold it for $525 last summer. At $425 this one is a heck of a deal. I also have a stainless SBH 10 1/2" with a slightly heavier barrel, and the 1 of 500 would shoot circles around it. Don't know why. Somebody needs to buy this gun and use it (like it was made for). - Russ

Thanks guys.

Sorry for all the lint on it; really need a new wipe-down cloth.
BTW, this gun has the best out-of-the-box trigger I've ever felt on a stock Ruger. A mite on the heavy side (4.5# or so?), but absolutely no creep.

Well, I just couldn't stand the thoughts of you hacksaw jockeys getting hold of it! I have long wanted a really plum Ruger. Robert
