Wondering if you guys have ran into this issue or maybe have an insight on if this is a easy fix, a gunsmith fix or a send to Ruger fix:
A "new to me" 2.75" Speed Six .357, it seems to "bind up" about every third round regardless if using it in double or single action. The trigger stops about half way back in double action. Also the hammer will only go about half way back when trying single action. If you manually move the cylinder back and forth a bit, it seems to reset itself. But again, only for a couple rounds. I ran a total of 3 cylinders thru it (each with different brand of factory new .38 ammo) and each had the same situation. It does not seem to have this issue when just dry firing to cycle the cylinder. Any thoughts?
