Speed loaders for the 10/22 and Mini-14 are called "extra magazines." Ask for them at your local gun shop. :wink:
If you're talking about something to load the magazines, I've used the Butler Creek loader for 10/22 mags. It's a little tricky to use, you have to hold it just right and know how and when to jiggle it and so forth, but once you learn how and get the hang of it, it works pretty darn well--much faster and easier than hand-loading 25-30 round mags. (It's not worth the effort on factory 10-rounders, though, IMHO.)
