Don't laugh.. I have left notes on the front door similar to that one!
Also at campsites while away from camp... and even on the Jeep!

Must be a "Southern Thang"!

Friend of mine had trouble with people driving down his 1/2 mile driveway. Put up a sign New England Pit Bull Rehabilitation Center - Home of Spike the World's Largest Pit Bull. Big bowl and length of anchor chain from a buddy in the Coast Guard finished the effect.

Nah, people do that in Pa too.

The flaw I see in the OPs plan is people have to be able to read and there's some big words in that note......

I did some camping and hiking in New Mexico, sleeping in back of my pickup at campsites. I put up two signs in the back window of the camper shell. One read "Everything inside is cheap, old, and well-used, including the owner." The other read "My gun is in my hand, not my truck---and I'm right behind you." :D

I've done some various handyman work at a home a few miles from mine over the last two or three years. They have a Rottweiler appropriately named Diesel. If he does not know you and is not restrained,he'll go Kujo on your hide. Once he gets the nod that your are ok from the owner,he'll will be willing to accept you as long as you act properly.

She's from NC,he from Oregon...black folks,Christian,well educated and successful.
