My taste in firearms leans towards old-school, blued steel and wood… Cowboy guns and classic hunting sporters. "Black guns" don't really interest me except that I find myself being fascinated by all the add-ons available out there. An AR is way outside of my budget these days, but then I saw the Mark III 22/45s, with threaded barrels… Now I have something that I can gadget up! I chose the 10149. (Rails top and bottom – no sights.) The rigging up is going to have to happen in stages, but I need to get a decent, affordable scope or red-dot put on the thing so I can shoot it. Any suggestions?
Oh, and it has wood grip panels. So it's got a little bit of that "old-school."
