Anyone want to help out a rookie-what is the significance of a "green wreath" box and where would the wreath be?

:shock: Mule Head, there are two colors of wreaths on these aluminum colored boxes. This one has a black wreath as shown and is more common as the later guns all came in the black wreath boxes. The Tri-color pistol of which Scott has a beauty came with a green wreath box. A lid sold a year and 1/2 ago for over $2500 and only because I got distracted in the office at the bid close and did not up the bid in the final minutes. That lid and wrong bottom was in the Tulsa show the next time I saw it! RB
