Made into carbine at some point. Neat rifle. No cracks in wood, that I can find. Non factory drilled and tapped for Weaver bases. Can include some if someone needs a pair. Pics tell story the best. $499 shipped.

looks just like my grand dads that my dad gave me, and yes they are shooters...

Shoots just fine. Handy. If I didn't have an 1899 with a 16.5 inch bbl I would keep it.
