I had this gun built with a 5 1/2" Smith & Wesson ribbed barrel but since since there is already an example of a ribbed barrel in the safe I have decided to build another gun only with an ovate barrel since that is one barrel style I really like but do not have at this time. Jack Huntington built this long cylindered, 5 shot 45 Colt and it has a Bowen rear sight, interchangeable front sight, free spin pawl, full length ejector rod assembly, #5 Belt Mountain base pin and some nice exhibition walnut grips with the wood being supplied by Jack. I have not even shot the gun since I have received it back but the image of an ovate barrel keeps popping into my head so I think I will let this gun go to a new home.

No problem doing a payment plan with the gun shipping once the final payment and the FFL arrives. The prices shipped via USPS Priority mail is $2800 but a person can always choose to have the gun shipped overnight fully insured if they want to pay the difference. Like I said, two payments of $1400 or even two $900 payments with a third payment of $1000 is fine with me.

The first I will take it posted and followed by a confirming PM gets it. Just to make sure there is no misunderstanding, you can pm with questions etc. but if someone says they will take it and send the pm, they get the gun!
