SOLD- Colt First Gen SAA 38 WCF-SOLD

Guys I have decided to let this neat old gun go to finance a custom Colt SAA project. It is a first generation 38 W.C.F with a 5 1/2" barrel and one piece ivory grips. The gun has a subtle gray patina and the usual wear on the sides, barrel and grip frame for a gun that is 97 years old. Everything locks up tight but I am not nearly as comfortable taking a Colt apart as I am a three screw Ruger so I have NOT inspected the internals nor turned any screws on this gun. The price is $2750 plus the shipping method of your choice and I will do a payment plan of three payments to spread the cost out. This price is several hundred dollars under what I was adviced to sell the gun for by several Colt stalwarts but I believe in leaving some room for the next guy.

The first "I'll Take It" posted ties it up. I will leave it here until the weekend then it goes to auction.

Howdy Robb. FFL went into the mailbox this afternoon. I picked up another Colt SAA with a shortie barrel in 38WCF yesterday in New Orleans, so went from no 38-40 1st generations to two in a week.lol I am going to have to take Susie on a vacation.lol Anyway, give a yell when the FFL gets to you.
