SOLD. Old Model BKH44 box for 4 5/8" 45. Has some issues as you can see in the pictures. The bottom has 2 repaired corners that appear to be strong. Top has something spilled on top (not sure what it is but it's dried hard) not sure if it can be removed without damaging the paper. Other than that it is what it is. $80 plus actual shipping. I will put in a piece of brown wax paper with the box. 1st I'll take it followed by pm.
