Snagged me a purdy One

Finally finally got this beauty in my hands. Had the transaction locked up back before Xmas, got it delivered, and the left side of the receiver had surface pitting about the size of a quarter. Kicked it back, and the seller graciously honored the 3 day return policy no questions asked. I kept in touch with the seller as he worked through having it refinished at Ruger under warranty. We re-did our deal, and this morning, it finally came home with me.

Craig Boddington Lion in 375 Ruger. After shooting my Alaskan, I absolutely love the 375 Ruger. I'll shoot this one, but I won't ever hunt with it. Might use the Warne quick detach rings on my Alaskan, who knows. Either way, this'n's a keeper!

Very nice. One the best matched stock sets I have seen on a #1. Proper grain flow for a heavy caliber as well.

Great looking rifle! I love the sights too..... is the rear (and front for that matter) the same as on the Alaskan/african 77's? I like that WAY better than the fold-down versions... they always just seemed so cheap... like the 10/22 sights... I never liked them, although, maybe they are perfectly fine? They just look cheap.

Yes it has the same express sights as the Alaskan and African.
