OK, it appears that I may be the only one willing to fess up to owning more than one piece of SmartReloader equipment. It has and continues to serve me well. They are an Italian company with a decent presence in Europe, and distribution through several major outlets in the US such as Natchez, Mid-South, and FM Reloading. Just as Lee may be considered the bargain brand in reloading presses and dies, I consider SmartReloader the bargain brand for other accessories.
Smartreloader scale kit that included a digital scale, trickler, funnel, scoops. Scale worked good, trickler is a real heavy-weight and works great. Have no use for the scoops, and have since moved up to a Jennings Mack 20 scale for higher accuracy. This is NOT to indicate that the SR scale didn't or doesn't work, it does.
SmartReloader NANO tumbler. Works flawlessly. I run it 3 to 4 times a week for 4 hours at a time, really does the job using the Harbor Freight walnut media with a little Nu Finish in it. For the amount of cleaning I do this works. If I ever need to get a bigger tumbler, it will be the SM Dream tumbler which is the next bigger size.
Smartreloader loading trays - these are a dissapointment for me because the pistol side (45ACP and 9mm) doesn't hold 50 cases. It only holds 40 IIRC. What's up with that?? It does hold 50 cases on the rifle side.
Just ordered the SmartReloader hand primer last week, waiting for receipt. As luck would have it, I fixed the auto prime arm on my Lee Deluxe turret so it no longer falls out with raising and lowering the ram AFTER I placed the order. Now I don't need a hand primer at all. Oh well, it was only $20.
Thinking about buying the ISD scale and dispenser, but since all I do is pisto ammo, will hold back until I find out I absolutely can't live without an automatic dispenser. Now that I've convinced myself that my Lee Pro Auto Disk with adjustable charge bar really does throw consistent charges time after time within +/- 0.04 grains, it's going to take a lot of convincing for me to spend a couple hundred $$ on a dispenser.
