Single Six Grips

I went to the Ruger website to order some new grips for my Single Six. I called to ask about the grips that i wanted. The black laminate grips are the ones i wanted but the desc. for these grips specifies that they are for 7.5" and 10.5" barrels [ i believe these numbers are corrrect]. Anyway, after being put through to the NH division from the NC division, the woman said that she believes that they will work just fine and took the order for me. So a little while ago, i look in my manual [ page 33 at top of page], and it says that the black laminate grips are for the Hunter model which would agree with the barrel lengths mentioned earlier. Sorry for the long post. Do i need to call tomorrow and cancel the order before they get shipped, or does anyone know if they will work on my Single Six with the 4.6" barrel? Thanks for any info. The grip frame should be the same and the grips should fit fine.

I think you might have ordered super blackhawk/ super blackhawk hunter grips? If there for 7.5" or 10" barrel ruger.

I ordered the grips by phone since i was not sure they would fit. I'm still waiting for them.
