Single Six dimensions

Wondering what the overall height of a Ruger New Model Single Six is. I have one coming and want to get started on a presentation box. Mine is a 6.5" barrel, and so I know that the overall length is 12.00" Anyone know where I can find the officially published height?

And while I'm at it, anyone know where one might find actual size silhouettes of various Rugers? I'm new to Rugers and have (almost) become obsessed! (Need to combine this passion with my woodworking passion.)

Thanks, Fox. I usually shoot at AGC in Marriottsville with the "Old Post" gun club. But, right, it's too cold these days.

gee,never saw an "official" published heigth,but I know it is approx 5 inches from the bottom of the grip frame to the top of the rear sight, 10 in long for the 4 5/8, so "add" an inch for each one after that,as you say yours is approx. 12 give or take that 1/8 inch.....all depends on how much "border", within, one desires in any given 'case' design.

He beat me to it but that is also what I got. I might look into the that club; as you said...when the weather warms up a wee bit.
