I was told all Single Six Bisley's had non-fluted, engraved cylinders and adjustable sights.

Yes, early Single Six Bisley were shipped with fluted cylinders in limited numbers, Catalog #RB-22 = fixed sights and fluted cylinder, scarce according to RENE, and RB-22A= adjustable sights and fluted cylinder, approximately 100 units.

They also made a variant with the stainless steel grip frame. They had non fluted cylinders BUT, they did not have adjustable rear sights.
