Sinclair Generation II bench rest

I shoot off of a Caldwell Rock br. A friend shoots off of a JJ rest and does quite well with it. A Sinclair Generation II bench rest windage model rest has come up for sale and caught my interest. Anyone used this Sinclair rest to say how it performs?
