Up here in Maine we get lots of snow as most of you know. Anyway I plow large burms of snow around my driveway, and on nice days back off 20 to 25 yds and fire away. Siting in lawn chairs grill going really a fun time.
The best part of the whole deal is picking up all the used bullets. The snow melts and there laying right there on the ground in almost perfect condition, I save them for casting. Give it a try :D ps

Yup, have a burn barrel at each corner of the patio so I can heat things up ! Here in N.E. Ohio'er we have had a colder than usual winter so far. Many below zero nights and single digits. We are way beyond a 100" of snowfall. Have a nephew heading this way from Fla in a few days, plans on shooting at least a case of ammo here ! I gotta get some loading done to keep up with the young man. steve b

I wish we got enough snow here to do it.
Id love not leaving all my lead in the dirt mound at the range. :)

I was wondering how you guys up north were getting it.
We're down in Columbus and while we've gotten some snow, last year was actually much worse. I had to actually break out the shovel this time last year. So far I think all Ive had to do this year was sweep and salt.

RugerSP I think we have around 90"s so far it was 50 something a few of weeks ago really haven't heard the official tally. Normally it is in the 140 range for the entire winter.

I think my neighbors might have something to say about that.

LOL no problem here, my neighbor shoots all the time. When I here him out there I grab a SA and go over. He shoots rifle and 1911's. To him a BlackHawk is a treat. ps
