Nice Sam! Both of my flattop .44s are shooters like yours. One is an original 7.5" flattop but had holes drilled in the topstrap for a scope (!) I had John Gallagher weld up the holes and refinish the gun. It's my favorite sixgun. My other one was a rough old girl that I had cut to 4 5/8", reblued, and the cylinder frame CC'd by Turnbull. I really like the holly grips. I might like some of those on mine as well.
