Security-Six leather holster

What are my options for a leather holster for a 4" Security-Six? I'm a southpaw, and would like a full-flap holster.

Simply Rugged makes a fine holster.

Any holster that will fit a S&W 'K" frame will fit the Ruger Security Six.
You might haunt e-bay - I see some good bargains on lightly used holsters and some used police rigs, including full flap. Of course, Left Hand rigs are a bit more scarce but on the other hand, there is less demand so they tend to sell for less.
Just my $0.02 worth.

When I carried my Security Six 4" stainless, it was in a Bianchi Left anded. Stamped as fitting .38/.357 S&W it fits like a glove. Got it in 1980, and it still looks good today.

Never did enough rolling around in the dirt to merit a full-flap.
