Security Six barrel contours.

I'm 100% that there were 2 for the 4". AS standard, and a later heavier one.

Question is,,,, were there 2 barrel weights or contours for the 6 in inch?

Yes, there were 2 barrel contours for the Six series guns, standard and then heavy as shown in the 2 photos from Uncle Howie ^^^^^ All of them (Security Six, Police Service Six and Speed Six) had both types of barrels. On the short barreled guns (2 3/4") it's harder to see but it's there.

You can also see the contour by looking at the profile of the Six series. You will be able to see the taper or not also by looking at the rib.
