Had an SR45 for the last couple of months. It has shot on-target and without issue (tight mags at first) for nearly 400-500 rounds. My SR45 fits my shoulder holsters I've used for years with a S&W M639, Sigma 40 and SR9. Think it is a size 15. I guess it depends on how you carry. I always preferred under the left arm for full-size autos in the vertical position. The SR45 is slightly bigger than the SR9 and the barrel protrudes a bit from the slide, but it fits both holsters well. You bought a good gun. My SR45 was in the black @50 feet right out of the box. The second magazine I put through it was Golden Saber HPs and they fed like clockwork. +P and reloads no problem.
