one of the problems with trying to get stuff out ,on the market fast & quick, alas, the QC guys (inspecors???) at times seem to have NO clue what they are even looking at ,or for......put the old timers on that easy ,cushy job, and the "new kids" doing anything else,BUT "inspecting" that should NOT be an "entry level job"...........gotta be 'accountability' somewhere
I KNOW , that with all the years we been "doing it", it only takes a few seconds to completely look at , inspect, and make sure it works, for ANY given model, the actual 'test fire' phase, then should take place, make sure it works (feeds, fires and functions), wipe it all off and give a "last once over".
THEN ship it.......... 8)
some-one, ain;t doing their job....................................
