That would have been a two piece, black box with a red end label, marked as a Super and S-47...that late the serial number (with an 80 prefix) would be written in white marker on the side of the box, and would have shipped in a one piece cardboard wrapper ( shipper) all info stamped on the end label.........

You will find the standard factory boxes such as the ones Dan described on occasion. We see them for sale in the Classifieds frequently. Many are quite collectible in their own right.
Finding the original shipping outer "wrapper" is another matter altogether. They are out there . . . in scarcity and in price.
