Jay berry,, "Welcome to the Forum!" All of Ruger's SA handguns have the very same screw hole pattern. Yes,, it would fit an OM .30 Carbine Blackhawk. But it would not be the original shape. The .30 Carbines came with a XR3-RED grip frame.
