Ruger old army Barell

I can get my hands on a nice barell from a ruger old army with sights. for 80$. IS this barell the same as on my blackhawk 45 colt.

Both were made from the same barrel stock, but the sight would probably be a different height.

. . . and the Old Army tube would likely have the provision for latching the loading lever instead of the tapped hole for attaching the ejector rod housing.
