How about sharing some No.1 hunting experiences?

I wish I had pics of at least one of the whitetails I shot with my #1A .243 over the years.
There were a couple nice deer in that bunch and a big pile of tender good eating as that rifle was in the cab of my Well pumper truck in Osage county Oklahoma for many years. That rifle shot a pile of feral cats, coyotes and groundhogs as well in the 20 yrs I owned it. Biggest gun sale regret ever.

With apologies to Bugs Bunny. Back in the day. Way back in the day. 1976. 130 gr Hornady JSP, near max load of 4320, 400 yard offhand shot with a Liberty 1A in 30 06. Fabens, TX. Still have the rifle. Still shoots MOA.
