Ruger Mini-14 Target Value?

My gunsmith came across this Mini-14 Target Ranch. 2008 Vintage.

I can get more pictures if necessary, it does have the screw-on tuner on the threaded barrel. Trying to get a value.

All we know is that it came from the estate of someone who was well known in the target shooting world up until about 12-14 years ago. It looks clean as hell.

I saw one of these at a gun show
Recently. Hadn’t seen it before, but I didn’t know they were hard to come by. They had it listed at 1200, don’t know if it sold
For that though.
