Welcome to the forum.
FWIW, here's my thoughts on the rifle in question:
Prices for a used Mini in the Houston area are all over the map. Just in the past couple of months, I've seen them being offered anywhere from $700 to $900.......for just the rifle and one mag...which is right up there with a new one.
It looks to have the new-type, heavier barrel. Despite the often-encountered "pre-ban VS post-ban" hype, I would expect it bring a bit more when resold than a similar version which has the "pencil barrel".
It has for-sure had it's gas block drilled-out for QD sling swivels. Depending on the prospective buyer, that may or may not be a plus. To me personaly, what it would tell me is that perhaps I'd want to feild strip the rifle, just to see what else may have been monkeyed with. On the other hand, some buyers might not even notice, or even care one way or the other. On the plus side of the equasion, It's nylon sling does match the "all weather" aspect of the rifle.
If all the mags that are pictured are Ruger mags, I'd add about $25-$30 each to whatever I figured the gun alone would bring.
I can't say much about the scope adding value. My experience from working local gunshows says that sometimes it will, sometimes it won't...again, depending on the prospective buyer. The best I have to offer there is that Redfield is a highly recognized brand, and that a 4X suits the rifle.

All in all, that's a nice gun you got, and a nice package. T'were it mine, I'd be looking to get close to a grand for all of it....even if I had to "part out" the package and sell some of it seperately. I believe that the present market in our area will support that. If it don't sell here on the Forum, ya might try listing it on The Texas Gun Trader.

Hope this helped.

Selena was better than I expected...pretty good voice..decent choreographed dancers..not much in the way of being new and innovative...but the teenagers love her! The 14 year old I took about wore me out especially after the show...she wanted to hit every ride on the midway...lol!
