Can anyone tell me the going rate for a used Ruger M77 RSI MK II in Excellent condition??

I'm no ruger expert but I don't think so

Did some research. They are different. The 77's have a tang safety are older model than the MKII's.

Got my mk2 for 425 with a few love bumps. seen them sell for up to 650. Really depends on condition, grain of wood. Rarity of caliber. Factory options.
A lot of factors play a part.
