Got quoted from my local broker on this gun for $290 brand new. This is for the all black with night sights. Is this a decent price what have some of you guys paid for this gun?

I didn't know they come with night sights!

Regular sight model here in NE FL

Who likes night sights and the M-95 sight system.

What night sights, really? No way link? The price for the standard black version is around 260s right now where I live and about 300 for the chrome version.

I live right down the road from St. Nick's. I find the prices a little on the high side. Shooters seems to be a little lower on about everthing. Picked up 2 LCP's from them around Christmas for $270 each (Just under $300 out the door). Best price I found in the area. However, St Nicks is close to one of my local Honey Holes for used guns :D

Problem with Shooters is the price on line is NOT the price in the store and their used prices are insane.

Who notes he has bought more guns from Shooters than he has from St. Nicks.

Yea, Shooter's prices on used guns is a little on the high side but I've never had a problem with them not honoring their on line prices. Even had them beat an on line price for a buddy of mine once. Shooters had the LCP listed for 270 at Christmas and that was the best price I found anywhere. I think St Nick's was around 285-290 around the same time. FWIW, I see Shooters has gone up on prices since December.

$290 with night sights is a great price. $335 would be the going price in Western Pa. area.

WOW ! In Eastern PA they're $250.

Wow! Guess down here in louisiana we get ripped off. I actually checked the prices on the ruger site before purchasing my lcp yesterday. They were the same. I paid $529 for my lcp with crimson trace package.

The cheapest for a new one I have seen is $289. The highest I have seen them is $329.

In gun shops around here, they are usually $300, more or less...for the basic model. Academy Sports may have them cheaper, and some shops have run a special on them from time to time. I've never seen them as cheap as $250 around here, though.

I'll post a pic when I get home but the local academy has them at $349. I got mine with crimson trace but only one magazine for $529. I love it so far. This is my first pistol and is for self defense as this pistol was intended to be used. [/img]

Picked up a basic model (Raspberry Frame) NIB at a local gun show for $200 out the door. I saw the price and realized it was low but he only had two. He sold one just prior to my purchase while I was in line, I was lucky and got the last one. Other dealers were in the $300 range, mismarked? I don't know just glad I got one.

LCP $299.99 plus tax at Academy Sports here in Tuscaloosa AL (well before the tornado, now it is probably higher). It is the plain model with one magazine, soft case and a ridiculous pad lock. The pad lock weights more then the gun fully loaded. Ruger probably could have saved a couple of dollars on shipping alone if the padlock was not included.
