just wanted to say im pretty happy with ruger . i have a super blackhawk i bought off my neighbor a while back it had a scope when i bought it i decided to take it off and change back to original open sights . anyhow long story short i went to take it to range 1 day a month or so ago and i noticed the rear sight blade was broken and half missing (i have no idea how i managed that) . so i went on midway to order another and of coarse it was on back order supposed to be in jan 21 so i patiently waited, jan 21 came and went no sight blade, now on back order till may . so last week i decided to call ruger customer service told the woman what i needed had my credit card in my hand and to my supprise she says i can get that out to you free of charge . i certainly wasn't expecting free i had the part in a week free of charge put it on today and hopfully(weather permitting) will go shoot it in this weekend .
