Just a big thanks to Ruger Customer Service

I have "too many" Ruger revolvers. So, as such, there are a few I have not shot.

A few years back I picked up my "x"th set of Ruger Vaqueros. They went into the safe, never to see light of day

A few weeks ago, I pulled them out, and noticed one of them had a floppy loading gate. Not wanting to mess with it, I emailed Ruger, they said send it back and we will look at it.

I was a little slow sending it, but finally I did. They received it Monday of this week.

Just got it back yesterday. WOW

That my friends, is one reason I own "too many" Rugers. This also, for those that want to say it should have been right the first time. This is the first problem I have ever had with a Ruger.
