Ruger Brids head Grip frame SS

Stainless Steel Ruger Birdshead Grip Frame with a set of Black Buffalo Grips. I bought this for a project that never got off the ground. These are from an Old Model Vaquero but thay have been machined to fit the NEW Model Vaquero. The little wings on the gripframe have ben removed so this grip frame will line up with the new model Vaquero, However you would need take off the square locking device and have to add these three items,HAMMER STRUT XR01500,Main Spring XR00400 and the Main Spring SeatXr00500 The three parts are $11 fron Brownells. If you have an old Model Vaquero made 2005 or later no other parts required. This is in High Gloss Stainless Steel finish. $250 Plus shipping

There is no such thing as an Old Model or New Model Vaquero. It is Vaquero or New Vaquero. Otherwise it just causes confusion for those that just do not know.

Yep and this will fit either the Old Model prior to 2005 or the NEW model after 2004. Please see web site below from RUGER, they list Vaquero and New Vaquero. I know it is hard for some folks to keep this correct in their minds.
