I've been making it a point the for a number of years to buy a new gun on or around Independence Day. I celebrated this Fourth of July by buying a 10/22 Takedown Stainless Steel. Took it to my gun club (Tri-County Gun Club) and put 200 rds through it, plus 150 rds through last years purchase 22/45. Not one single malfunction using CCI .22 LR RN in BX-25 mags. Sights were right on the money.

I have several of the 10/22's even though they are not my favorites, but I can understand a Ruger addiction as it relates to the single actions.
Hold on partner, I haven't been a member here long enough to get to my Vaquero or my Single Six. Nothing like a SA in a fine leather holster. My other 10/22 is over 30 years old.
