Didn't care for drawing for the preferred SN.......... :?
Agreed. Personally I would like to have #37, but of course I'll take whatever is given me. I seriously doubt that each of us wants a different number from the next person. Some one of us would like the same as someone else. The plan eliminates any arguing.

I actually think it's a fair idea to have a drawing for the numbers. That way, it gives some of us peon's a better chance at a lower number. And,, if there is a specific number you desire,, maybe a trade with the owner of that number can be made.

Mine will be ordered at Huntsville I don't care what number I get I traded away mine last year did not like the short stroke ejection this one from Rocs sounds sweet to me. It will be possible to trade for a number of your choice with others I would think as long as you live in a free state. By the way If your in the south east try to make the Rocs display show in Huntsville Al. the last weekend of January.

One thing I did notice in the photos, and hope all are not like it, is the fit of the right grip. The top, where it meets the frame, appears to not fit flush and is 'rounded'.

The left grip don't look much better, we will wait and see I'm still looking forward to it.

As I said, I would like a particular number, BUT I'll take whatever I get and enjoy it. To make a 'trade' here in Maryland would be cost ineffective as I would have to go through two separate transactions with the State and my local dealer.

This is the last week to get your orders in for these cool little Cats!! Send in your $$s and order forms today while we still have a few available. Deadline to receive the payment and order is March 4th. They are on the ROCS homepage at www.rugersociety.com

Thanks, Bill
