They look too "Evil" for things to go well for you in a court of law if you had to use them in self defense. I think you would get hammered by the law if you shot someone with those. Having said that I would want those in my pistol if I had to use it for self defense. However at $50 a box of 20 the price meeds to come down before I will buy any.

I wouldn't bother with these RIP rounds. A .41mag XTP would do more damage where it counts, and I can buy 50 of them for $48. And then there's old reliable - 12 gage Brenneke Green Lightning Slug.

Of course, no bullet will do any good unless you put it where it needs to go. I think many new shooters think that having the nastiest, biggest bullet will overcome a lack of skill.
