I posted the following on Ruger-smithing. Has anyone else had this problem,
or is it even a problem?

My new SR9c is a great gun. Now I'm not sure if this is a problem,
but my magazine ejects fine but only to a certain point, where I then
have to pull it out. My other guns, the mag ejects completely when the
button is pushed.

Is this a problem, and if so, how should I fix it?

On many guns, the magazine safety causes "drag" on the magazine, and keeps it from falling ,coming out ALL the way..................

I have a Taurus that was doing similarly, I sent it back and they replaced the parts. Yours should drop out completely, so I would email Ruger, get a shipping label and let em fix it. Be sure and let them know of anything else you think is possibly wrong- get it done all at once.
