After talking to a couple friends who know their way around a handgun and own them, I decided to bite the bullet and order a 7.5" Model 97 in .22LR with the auxiliary Magnum cylinder. Consistent groups in the 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" range at 100 yards with a .22LR revolver sealed the deal for me. Nuthin fancy, just standard barrel with express sights and black micarta. I did have the cylinders both fluted to knock the weight down and will have Hamilton knock a hair more off the front edges once they come in :mrgreen: I placed the order Monday the 22nd along with another for a customer, so our order tally is currently at 7 ordered so far, and we're long past where we needed to be to get the discount rolling. It's the night before Christmas and all is well :D

Order number 8 went in yesterday afternoon. Today is the last day to get in on the 2014 pricing before the 6% increase for 2015. Thanks for all the orders guys. I'm glad we could make this happen. I'm really looking forward to my new FA .22s. The gals in the office said they'll be there taking orders today, so anyone else who'd like to get in before the new prices take effect is still welcome to do so until they close for the new New Year this afternoon.
